Stuttgart Public Library Summer Reading Program
The Stuttgart Public Library’s 2026 Summer Reading Program is underway with a record crowd in attendance on June 3rd at Family Storytime and Crafts. This year’s theme is “Unearth a Story” featuring dinosaurs. Over 140 people were greeted at the door on June 3rd by “Reading Rex”.
Children of all ages enjoyed a sing-a-long lead by library staff and volunteers. Stacey Reeves from Riceland Foods read “Pop Up Peekaboo! Baby Dinosaur” to the captivated crowd. Then everyone enjoyed crafting a baby dinosaur hatching from its egg.
The summer reading program is free and open to all ages. No registration required.
Activities continue through June 24th:
Mondays at 10:30 AM – Indoor Games
Wednesdays at 10:30 AM - Family Storytime and Crafts
Fridays at 1:00 PM – Movie Day
